Welcome to Le Vent du Large, a characterful 3-room duplex nestled in the heart of the Norman Pays de Caux. Fully renovated, it blends authentic charm (exposed beams, marble fireplace, hardwood floors) with modern comfort (fully equipped kitchen, quality bedding, TV). Perfect for 1 to 6 guests, it's the ideal base for exploring Normandy.

The Space Le Vent du Large spans two living levels, with a convenient storage area on the ground floor. Ground Floor Right from the moment you arrive, you'll find a dedicated storage space for your bikes, pushchair or bulky luggage — or simply a spot to leave your hiking boots. A real bonus for cycling enthusiasts keen to explore Normandy's magnificent cycling routes. 1st Floor — Living & Sleeping The entrance opens onto a practical hallway — the perfect spot to get ready before heading out. A washing machine is available for longer stays. The kitchen is fully equipped in a sleek, contemporary dark style, with all the appliances you need. Bright and well laid-out. The living and dining area is the heart of the apartment: spacious, light-filled, and open, it brings together a comfortable sofa bed, a wooden dining table surrounded by colourful design chairs, a bookshelf unit and a decorative fireplace that gives the space undeniable character. A smart TV, exposed wooden beams and hardwood floors are complemented by a décor inspired by Olivier's passion: sailing. Come evening, the atmosphere turns cosy and warm. The cabin bedroom sleeps two on bunk beds — perfect for children or two travelling professionals. The bathroom with WC is both modern and practical: a large shower with tray and glass panel, a separate WC within the same room, a heated towel rail and a window for natural ventilation. A true feel-good space. 2nd Level — Converted Attic The staircase leads you up to a large skylight, flooding the landing with natural light. Exposed solid oak beams lend the space an authentically Norman charm. The landing library is arranged as a cosy reading and relaxation nook — designer furniture, vintage touches, a restful corner, and an ideal spot to work remotely. The master bedroom is a romantic retreat: a large double bed with a black headboard, carefully chosen bed linen — everything designed for your comfort in an elegant setting with a uniquely snug, cocoon-like atmosphere.

Getting here is straightforward. Free public parking is available right at the foot of the building. The village of Saint-Victor-l'Abbaye lies halfway between Dieppe and Rouen, and is served by a direct train from Rouen.

Your Host: Olivier Olivier, the owner, lives right next door. He'll be discreet but always on hand should you need anything. You can count on his responsiveness to make sure your stay runs smoothly.
