More than just a cozy and bright space, this studio exudes a real feeling of well-being. The living room offers a very comfortable 140 x 200 cm sofa bed, easy to unfold (handle under the cushions), with pillows and duvet stored in the black sideboard. A 40" smart TV allows you to connect to your Netflix, Prime Video, etc. accounts. A nice bathroom with sink and toilet. The well-equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso, fridge, washing machine, drying rack and iron. Blackout curtains ensure a real rest. From the windows, view of the half-pedestrianized Place Rotrou and a section of the Royal Hill. Our Purple Key concierge responds quickly!
Access
Access to the building is at 41 Rue Rotrou. It's at the very beginning of Place Rotrou. Parking: Parking in the heart of the city can be problematic and expensive - especially if you stay on site during the day. We offer a limited number of spaces in a closed parking lot located just 30 m from the accommodation. Simply request it and wait for our confirmation in return. This additional service is available for €7 per night booked.
