Dreux #4 - Cozy and bright 2 rooms city center apartment

Enjoy a quiet, bright apartment with great amenities located in the heart of Dreux.

Located on the second floor of a small, recently renovated building, you can have a pleasant stay in this 41 m2 two-room apartment.

Particularly cozy and very well equipped, it is an apartment where you immediately feel good.

Description :

Renovated at the start of 2023, this characterful apartment offers spacious rooms, great amenities, and a lovely view of Place Rotrou. We were able to preserve the traditional side of the building during its renovation. This apartment is not only comfortable, bright, and cozy. We feel immediate well-being. Near the entrance, you will find a separate toilet with a sink.

The kitchen is well-equipped. A real oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee, microwave, small fridge.

The living room includes a comfortable convertible sofa 160 x 200 cm. You will find pillows and duvet as well as additional guest towels in the room (they are in two bins under the bed in the room). A 40-inch smart television is also available. You will be able to connect to Netflix, Prime, etc. with your own accounts. The shutters and curtains will allow you to rest in the morning if necessary. You have a view of Place Rotrou which was redeveloped as semi-pedestrian at the beginning of 2023.

The bedroom and the bathroom are linked. The double bedding (140 x 200) has again been taken care of and you will certainly appreciate the mattress topper offering softness and comfort. A wardrobe and shelves suitable for short-term stays, as well as a desk for working, decorate this very pleasant room. The bathroom is also completely new and meets the standards desired by most of our visitors. There is also a washing machine, a drying rack, and ironing equipment.

We allow departure at 2:30 p.m. on Sundays. Enjoy!

Do not hesitate to contact me preferably through the interface. Information for accessing the building and collecting keys is sent the evening before your arrival. Dreux is a charming town full of interesting activities. Here are some suggestions for enjoying your visit to Dreux: Visit the magnificent Royal Chapel of Dreux, an architectural gem where many French royal figures rest. The chapel offers a magnificent unobstructed view of the city center and you will reach it in just 10 minutes of walking.

Take the opportunity to explore the Château de Dreux, a historic building that houses a fascinating museum on local history. Stroll through the picturesque town center of Dreux, and discover its lively streets and the canals of the Blaise, a tributary of the nearby Eure. Numerous shops, snack bars and restaurants, welcoming cafes, and services are available within a radius of just a few hundred meters. Just 3 minutes on foot: a covered market takes place on Wednesdays and Sundays between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. A media library and a cinema are also in the center of Dreux.

Attend a show or concert at the Théâtre de Dreux, a cultural venue renowned for its diverse programming. Discover the religious heritage by visiting the Saint-Pierre de Dreux church, a magnificent Gothic building. Don't miss the Dreux Museum of Art and History, which presents varied collections ranging from archeology to contemporary art. Relax in one of the city's parks, such as Parc de l'Orangerie or Parc Louis-Philippe, and enjoy a peaceful picnic.

Access :

The train station is only 10 minutes away on foot. Line N connects Paris Montparnasse several times a day in one hour. You can also go to Versailles, Plaisir, and other intermediate stations. Access to the building is at 41 rue Rotrou. It's at the very beginning of Place Rotrou, just opposite the "Le Balto" café. The door at 41 is located next to the Crédit Agricole staff entrance at number 43 and has a digital code to its right.
