Dreux #3 - Comfortable studio on main and pedestrian street

Welcome to this magnificent studio, your gateway to discovering Dreux and its surroundings, your haven of peace after a busy day. 

This 22 m2 apartment with a chic and classic style has high ceilings. It is particularly well located on the pedestrian street, and you will immediately appreciate its elegance, attention to detail, decoration, and comfort.

We were able to preserve the traditional side of the building during its renovation. This apartment is not only comfortable, bright, and cozy. We feel immediate well-being.

Apartment description:

The kitchen is well equipped. A real oven, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee, microwave, small fridge. A washing machine is also available, as well as a drying rack and ironing equipment.

The bathroom also includes a toilet and a sink. It meets the standards currently expected and is even more pleasant.

The living room includes a comfortable 140 x 200 cm convertible sofa. It is unfolded in just a few seconds (just pull the handle between the vertical cushions). You will find clean pillows and duvets in the large dressing room adjoining the bathroom. A 40-inch smart television is also available. You will be able to connect to Netflix, Prime, etc. with your own account. Curtains and shutters will allow you to rest in the morning if necessary. You have a view of the main street of Dreux and the Royal Hill.

We allow departure at 2:30 p.m. on Sundays. Enjoy!

In the heart of the city, access is simple. The apartment is located on the second floor without an elevator and is particularly appreciated for its open view and its brightness. Do not hesitate to contact me preferably through the interface. Information for accessing the building and collecting keys is sent the evening before your arrival. Departure instructions are sent the evening before your departure.

Dreux is a charming town full of interesting activities. Here are some suggestions for enjoying your visit to Dreux: visit the magnificent Royal Chapel of Dreux, an architectural gem where many French royal figures rest. The chapel offers a magnificent unobstructed view of the city center and you will reach it in just 10 minutes of walking. Take the opportunity to explore the Château de Dreux, a historic building that houses a fascinating museum on local history. Stroll through the picturesque town center of Dreux, and discover its lively streets and the canals of the Blaise, a tributary of the nearby Eure. Numerous shops, snack bars and restaurants, welcoming cafes, and services are available within a radius of just a few hundred meters. Just 3 minutes on foot: a covered market takes place on Wednesdays and Sundays between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m.

A media library and a cinema are also in the center of Dreux. Attend a show or concert at the Théâtre de Dreux, a cultural venue renowned for its diverse programming. Discover the religious heritage by visiting the Saint-Pierre de Dreux church, a magnificent Gothic building. Don't miss the Dreux Museum of Art and History, which presents varied collections ranging from archeology to contemporary art. Access:

Line N connects Paris Montparnasse several times a day in one hour. You can also go to Versailles, Plaisir, and other intermediate stations. Access to the building is at 41 rue Rotrou. It's at the very beginning of Place Rotrou, just opposite the "Le Balto" café. The door at 41 is located next to the Crédit Agricole staff entrance at number 43 and has a digital code to its right.
