Dreux #1 - Charming Studio Beautiful Volumes

Enjoy elegant accommodation and ideally located in the heart of Dreux. Relax in this beautiful studio of 23 m2, in R + 1 overlooking the magnolias of the pedestrian main street. 

Furnished and very well equipped, it has very beautiful volumes. Its sober and modern decoration, its sofa bed, and comfortable, smart TV are just some of the amenities that await you. You just have to settle down, enjoy, relax, or work... We managed to preserve the traditional side of the building during its renovation. This apartment is not only comfortable, bright, and cozy. One feels an immediate well-being.

The kitchen is well-equipped. A real oven, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee, microwave, small fridge. A washing machine is also available, as well as a drying rack and ironing facilities. An independent toilet is at the entrance of the apartment. The bathroom is at the standards currently expected and more pleasant. The living room includes a comfortable sofa bed 140 x 200 cm. It is unfolded in just a few seconds (just pull the handle between the vertical cushions). You will find clean pillows and duvet in the large dressing room adjoining the bathroom. A 40-inch smart TV is also available. You can connect to Netflix, Prime, etc. with your own account. The curtains and shutters will allow you to rest in the morning if necessary. You have a view of the main street of Dreux and the Royal Hill.

We allow a departure at 2:30 pm on Sundays. Enjoy!

In the heart of town, access is simple. The apartment is on the second floor without elevator and is particularly appreciated for its clear view and brightness. Do not hesitate to contact me preferably through the interface. The information for access to the building and the taking of keys are sent the night before your arrival. Departure instructions are sent the night before your departure.

City and activities:

Dreux is a charming town full of interesting activities. Here are some suggestions to enjoy your visit to Dreux: Visit the magnificent Royal Chapel of Dreux, an architectural jewel where many French royal personalities rest. The chapel offers a magnificent view of the city center and you will reach it in just 10 minutes walk. Take the opportunity to explore the Château de Dreux, a historic building that houses an exciting museum on local history. Stroll through the picturesque city centre of Dreux, and discover its lively streets and the canals of the Blaise, a tributary of the nearby Eure.

Many shops, snacks and restaurants, cosy cafés and services are available within a few hundred metres. Only 3 minutes walk: a covered market takes place on Wednesdays and Sundays between 8 am and 1 pm. A media library, a cinema are also in the center of Dreux. Attend a show or concert at the Théâtre de Dreux, a cultural venue renowned for its diverse programming. Discover the religious heritage by visiting the Saint-Pierre de Dreux church, a magnificent Gothic building. Don’t miss the Musée d'Art et d'Histoire in Dreux, which features a variety of collections ranging from archaeology to contemporary art. Relax in one of the city’s parks, such as Parc de l'Orangerie or Parc Louis-Philippe, and enjoy a peaceful picnic.

Access:

The train station is only a 10-minute walk away. Line N connects Paris Montparnasse several times a day in one hour. You can also go to Versailles, Plaisir, and other intermediate stations.

Access to the building is at 41 rue Rotrou. It is at the very beginning of Place Rotrou, just opposite the café "Le Balto". The door of 41 is next to the entrance of Crédit Agricole staff at number 43 and has a digital code on its right.
